When I load the bucket on the fel with dirt ½ to ¾ full on my bx1500 with turf tires I have noticed that that the tires really are compressed like they are low on tire pressure. Is this normal? I have checked the pressure both have 23psi

Turfs are low profile in the first place, meant to distribute weight over a wide footprint. But you may have 2-ply sidewalls. When FELs are added to tractors with turfs, the tires should be upgraded accordingly.

Check the tires today they are Carlisle Turf Master Tires 4-ply rated at 22psi max. Would adding three more pounds in each be good or bad? ....

The three pounds would help with your problem but you should let it out again when you aren't hauling so much or if the loader is deconnected. ....

Let me try a different angle...... how much rear ballast are you using? If it is too light on the rear end it will concentrate too much weight on the front tires. ....

I only have loaded tires(rim guard). Was thinking if a ballast box would help or not. Im also 280lb which helps a little. ....

I've got 5 pounds on you, but we both still need some sort of rear ballast.
A ballast box would be an inexpensive way to go, but by the time you buy it you might be halfway to a box scraper. ....

The box scraper or another source of weight on the 3pt is the only way to go. Your 280lbs is actually CONTRIBUTING to the load on the front axle rather than helping to reduce it. Take a look at the location of the seat directly from the side of the tractor. Even at its rearmost position the majority of your bodyweight is forward of the rear axle. 3pt ballast will help take load off the front axle but I wouldn't worry too much about the tires. The loader will stop lifting before the tires give out. Just go slow and be careful not to pinch the tire against the rim while going over a sharp rock. ....
